No brakes at M1 Service Centre White River

Went there to have brakes replaced.<br> First time - didn't set handbrake<br> Second time - shuddering when breaking<br> Third time - referred us to another company to have front brakes skimmed<br> Fourth time - said company couldn't skim brakes so sent car back to M1 without our permission<br> Fifth time - they lost the dust cover on the front right brake calliper<br> <br> They still haven't found our dustcover and we are driving around with a rattling car.<br> <br> The owner is friendly as ever, but the quality of workmanship is poor.<br>
