Heidi Homes white river, disregard

I am experiencing terrible experiences from a rental agent working for this company! I have been staying in my flat for 11years and am now experiencing her clients making constant disruptive noise in a high density living area! Right opposite me. Her client residing next to me is smoking drugs, from early morning till late at night! It is unbearable for me and my wife as well as other occupants! Numerous complaint have been launched to the agent an it falls on deaf ears! They are clearly not educated on the laws regarding disruptive noise in a living area! I do not think the agent has got the neccesary qualifications and registrations to be a rental agent. Rental agent is Laurika Strydom
