Fustration

They holding up my vehicle because of storage and diagnostics cost. My insurance requested an invoice so that payment can be processed and they sent an old invoice. Payment processed and they can't release my car. They came up with with reasons that there extra cost accumulated after the invoice was sent. The insurance requested the invoice again with balance. Now its 0ver 2 days to forward and nothing its happening. My insuarance believes that its delay tactics so they can get more money for storage.
