Defy Is useless

I contacted Defy Service Centre for a repair to a gas stove on 3rd July and was told I had to pay upfront before sending out a technician. I paid R690 via EFT immediately and have sent Ishmail Mosweu 5 emails to refund my money, does not respond as they are absoultely useless this is going on for 3 weeks and 2 technicians have been sent both say ordering parts. Cannot get hold of Defy
