M Sec is a complete waste of money! No service!

The service provided by M Sec is just plain pathetic. I inadvertently activated my alarm on Saturday 13th March. It took over 15 minutes for them to contact me! Had i Had a genuine emergency, what is the value in getting a phone call over 15 minutes later! We could have been dead, or ****** with the perpetrators long gone. Their excuse is they had several alarms caused by load shedding. Load shedding is nothing new to the country, and the security companies should have contingency plans in place to address these issues. Why should I be paying every month for a service which is just plain pathetic! It is time that insurance companies remove the clauses from their home owners policies as there is no value in having to pay these companies for this level of service. I still requested that M Sec have a manager contact me regarding their lack of service. I eventually drove to there offices on Tuesday to voice my complaint. It was just a complete waste of time as all they say is sorry, but they do not tell you how they are going to address the problem in the future. I would never recommend anyone sign up with them. All you will do is pay them every month for no worthwhile service.
