Refund

My parents bought a tombstone on the 6th of June 2019.The total amount was paid but they never delivered the tombstone until the other family member bought from a different shop last month and it was erected .Now we demand a refund from Mr Phillip Badenhorst and he doesn't respond my emails or answer my calls.
