Vehicle not delivered as promised.

So much for Customer service. We were excited to finally have our bakkie that we ordered and were promised by the owner that the vehicle would be delivered today at 4pm. We were not informed that other vehicles had to be delivered along the way aswell. Still no bakkie. No updates. Just because its small and not a 4x4 doesn't mean we are not entitled to the same service. The owner insults leave much to be desired. When we asked for updates we were told "our attitude" is annoying. We paid cash accordingly. Driver delivering the vehicle is a no-show. I definitely wont recommend doing any business with this company. This was supposed to be a Xmas present. Now we have no vehicle and no money that we paid in cash.
