*****ed Car Sale Owner

I've never come across a ***** such a the owner of the car sale. He witholds customers' cars for over a year and refuses to give it back after dismally failing to sell it. He has a habit of lying that he invested in car repairs when he obviously didn't and cannot produce receipts for it.

Even when the bank pays him for the car, he then uses the money and refuses to pay up. Don't deal with car sale.
