Car ***** Dealership

I gave my Nissan NP200 bakkie to M & S Motors of address 11484 Chris Hani Road, Pimville Zone 1, Soweto last year in February 2020. The car dealer ship is owned by Oupa Moloi. After a few months of him failing to sell the bakkie, I requested it back and he refused to give it back to me. He eventually sold it this year on 1 April 2023 but now refuses to pay me back and keeps making excuses that the bank has not settled some of his invoices. Whatever you do, don't deal with this guy.
