BAD SERVICE - M N K Motors

We trade in a Citroen C2 on a Honda Ballade November 2023 from M K N Motors for my niece. When we want to renew the license disk for the Honda end November 2024, we found out that the Citroen is still on my niece name and we have to pay the outstanding fees before we can renew the Honda's license. I spoke to the owner Mohammed in December 2024, from M N K Motors and he promised that he will sort it out. He will also pay us the outstanding license fees on the Citroen. My niece went to him several times to get the money and everytime he had a lot of excuses. 20th March 2025 I said I send my niece to come to collect the money (R890,00), after he had another excuse and I had just enough and he agree to it. He only gave her R500,00 and said he will have the outstanding money ready 24 March 2025 AND she must not tell me! She went to M N K Motors 25 March 2025 and he said he will have the money ready 26 March 2025. I send him a message and tell him that I will go to social media. Then suddenly he have money to do the payment via ewallet. Still we sit with a car on our name which is not in our possession and the original paperwork was given to Mohammed November 2023.
