BAD SERVICE

The service is exceptionally bad. I've been battling for two days to get a quote and still nothing. I keep being told by a guy called Francis that he would phone me back in 10 minutes, but nothing. In the last two days when I enquire telephonically about the quote and get put through to that department, someone has picked the phone up and slammed it down immediately at least 5 times. SHOCKING. I have been waiting for a Manager to phone me since early this morning. They keep coming up with excuses why he can't phone be back, first it was a meeting and then he just isn't available. It is now after 12 and I'm told he will phone me back at 12:50. Is this how they do business?? Very disappointing. I would not recommend them to anybody.
