MONROE SHOCKS FAULTY!!

I am disgusted in the quality i received acter purchasing Monroe shock absorbers!!! I purchased mine 2 weeks ago and in less than 2weeks my shocks were faulty and my car kept on bouncing up and down everytime i drive... This then caused my brand new tyre to get cut and damaged by my wheel arch and that then causing my wheel arches to bend. I now inserted Gabriel shocks and im sure it will be so much better. MONROE'S shocks have now cost me alot of money... Money i as a single mom does not have. How must i always end up paying the price for other companies faults. I will definitley make sure everyone i know knows about this.
