Sub standard builder or renovator

<p>Despite having references, I hired Malvin from M.M MABASSO GENERAL CONSTRUCTION to do some renovations at my house. Malvin (one of the three partners), despite being a NHBRC ()NHBRC REG NO: 19859) approved builder subcontracted sub standard workers to do the renovations resulted in me having endless problems such as roof leaks, skewed plastering, poor painting, plumbing and electrical work. Not to mention the hidden costs and even his workers *****ing from my house. </p> <p>This was all as a result of poor project management, under estimation of materials, poor or no supervision and generally terrible work ethic.</p>
