R1650 FOR AN HIV TEST

A trip to M-Kem on the 18th of July with a friend for an HIV test only to be told that the test costs R1650 and tests get sent away to the lab. Now firstly, I doubt this process gets done in townships for tests, secondly as far as I am aware, being a discovery member myself, these are done at any clicks and most other pharmacies / clinics for a mere R35 or paid for by medical aid schemes - and its instant results.
