SOMETHING FISHY BAD SERVICE

<p>On the 10th of May I saw an ad in the tygerberger stating that the Pampers mega box is R179-99 at M-Kem Pharmacy. I called the store and spoke to Xolelwa and was told that they are out of stock as they sold all the stock to one guy who had a bakkieto.I then asked when they are getting more stock and was told that they should get more that same day and she will keep one box aside for me to collect. I called today 11 May spoke to (nfonda) because the lady who supposedly kept the box for me wasnt at work, so they say, Anyway nfonda tells me a complete different story that they not allowed to keep promotion stock for any customers and if i want the nappies i can come next week but it will be at a different price????This is very bad service i must say. how can you sell all the stock to one customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (inside job)</p> <p>The promtion date is from the 10th of May -24th May,however they out of stock on the same day the promotion started. I work in retail and i know how the system work.i'm very unhappy with the service I received, and I would like my box of nappies.!!!!!!!!!!!! I will call the store tomorrow to check whose on duty?</p>
