Rude pharmacist!

I've been coming to M-Kem for years... Never have I felt more humiliated. I went to get meds from M-Kem on my Medical aid like I usually do, I've never in the past had to give proof of who I was because I'm pretty sure I know my address, name, surname and ID off by heart. A new face popped up it was a Nigerian woman, I got so caught up in the moment I didn't even look to see if she had a name badge. She asked me what I wanted, I told her and she told me I needed to show my medical aid card to prove who I am. Bare in mind before I tell her what I want she gives me a look from head to toe checking me out "profiling as they call it"... I was wearing a hoodie, Parker jacket, trainers and tracksuit pants... Your late night after long shift attire. We had a little disagreement because I stood firm telling her I've NEVER had to give anyone my medical aid details at mkem because it's all on system she gave me a straight up "I'm right and you're wrong attitude" and told me I would need to bring it next time or she won't help me. Now... This was all happening with other patients around. I'm appalled at the service that I have received this evening. It's very dissapointing as M-Kem has always been the most friendly pharmacy in the area. From a very loyal customer the dissapointment is real strong. Needless to say, I won't be going back there anytime soon!
