No pills for *********** ***** at Mkem 24 Pharmacy in Bellville

I am shocked by ridiculous customer service at Mkem24 Bellville. I purchased a tube of Spf face cream from Mkem one evening after work on the shelve the price is R195, we i got to the pay point it scanned R495. I asked the cashier about the price and she didn't even bothered to get up and go check the shelve, he response was simply ,"No, its R495". I swiped my card in disappointment and i could slowly feel the rage growing in me, the following evening, on my way back from work the mkem bag was still in my car and i decided , i cant afford this face cream, i don't want it. So i got at the refund counter, and the cashier told me to wait a few seconds she will call a supervisor. When the "Supervisor" showed up, she asked me to follow her to the dispensary and an elderly guy picked up the box and didn't even look me in my face he just rumbled out some words which sounded like " no, it doesn't weigh the same." So i calmly explained to them that I did not touch the cream, as they can see, the box is not opened at all. The elderly guy walked away and then someone with bright red hair made her appearance and was holding the tube of cream now. I again asked if i can please speak with a manager and the red hair lady said , here is no manager on duty i must come back tomorrow. I then asked them, if someone should set the building on fire right now, who would they call amongst the workers, and she said, I would call my manager. I said: "That's great, can i please have his number" When she wrote down the number, i realized she is writing down the shop number. I decided to take the number and when i phoned, guess who answered - THE RED HAIR LADY. Without giving me a chance to speak, she screams at me telling me that they WILL NOT refund my money cause the issue that i am dealing with is a supplier fault and i must contact the supplier. It just shows you how *********** the staff at MKEM really is, obviously if its your store , you must deal with the suppliers, I am buying the product from your ****ing store, Up until now, I am not able to get hold of a manager. So I think I will just simply make my way to the OMBIDSMAN. And just out of curiosity i went home and weighed the tube of cream , the result were 2ml more than it showed on the box. If you work behind a till , cause you ****ed up your life and did not have the opportunity or the will within you to go to college after school, please don't take your laziness out on the customers, we work hard for our money and cant just afford to through it in the water. I had the very same issue with Mkem a year ago as well with leggings i bought, it was too small and they simply didn't want to exchange it for a bigger size. You are quick to take a persons money, but that's about it.
