My personal experience with a professional

#HelloPeter My family has been going to Mkem for the past twenty years and never have I encountered a problem with service or products. Needless to say that each customer will have his/her own personal problems and unfortunately might be served by someone whom also had a bad day after all we are all humans. The cliche "the customer is always right" underpins customer's negative attitudes in majority of cases and responsible for greatest number of conflicts. Admittedly I have encountered some staff over the years whom were less than friendly but never rude. My wife and I popped into the pharmacy recently looking for a cholesterol testing unit similar to glucose tester pin ***** blood sample sample. We were assisted by Ms Adrina Davies whom I have never seen or met before. Her personality, product knowledge and health advice were overwhelming. Referring to herself as example being overweight as health advice, we were so impressed with her honesty. I am not sure of her position or capacity in the company but I am sure that she is an asset who needs appreciation and acknowledgement. Ms Davies is an example of humility, not of how one looks on the outside but what is reflected from within. She is the definition of "good customer relations". This is what defines a person, what is characteristic of being a Christian. Thank you Ms Adrina Davies. God bless.
