MKEM Bellville Horrible service

#BlackFriday. Recently, had a sick child at home and phoning around which pharmacy can deliver to me as I don't have transport and child was too sick to take out. As my friend suggested that MKem is really friendly and efficient. I phoned MKem to speak to the pharmacist to suggest what I can give to my child. A lady and I didn't get her name, was not professional at all. Firstly, She asked me why don't I pick up the meds she going to recommend? Then when I asked to be delivered she changes her story and say well, our delivery service is only from 8am to 12 and it was then 14h00. So she said she not going to say what I can get as I wont get it from them. I mean really?????? I was shocked and asked her why and can I speak to someone else? No she said. She was alone at the counter. So fair warning fellow peeps. If you want some medical advise from MKem Bellville and its not in this time frame, please do not phone these people.#BlackFriday.
