INCOMPETENCE OF TELLERS AND BEEN HANDED OVER TO THE ATTORNEYS

Last year June I went to Mkem to weigh my little girl and pick up a prescription. I then went to pay for everything at the teller and I went on my merry way.

3 months later I get a FINAL NOTICE (I never received any notice before that) saying that I need to pay for the prescription. I then called Mkem and spoke to a lady named Leeann who said she would investigate, the more I said look at the video footage to see that I put everything on the counter to be rung up and cannot understand how this can happen. Anyways, a few months go by and I don't hear anything from her and in October I receive a letter from the Attorney (keeping in mind that this is for R252, so not as if it is a huge amount). I then liase with a Mrs Isaacs who now has to be the middle man between the two of us and again I say please check the video footage to see that everything was indeed put on the counter to be rung up. anyways I don't hear anything again and last week I receive another phonecall from Mrs Isaacs where again I say please check the video footage as I don't know what more to do. I put everything down to be paid and still don't understand what went wrong, so now they find out that the teller did not ring up my prescription. BUT I must now pay the attorney fee's which i found ridiculous. The *********** teller should be the one responsible for the attorney fee's. Oh and i also get told "maybe you forgot because you had a baby" I am appalled by the level of service one gets from such a well known establishment.
