<p>good day</p> <p>on the 8 June 2017 i ordered my repeats to be delivred at my house via telephone. They did come to my house whilst i was at work and they refused to give my nanny my meds. they said it must be given to me personally. they left wth the meds.</p> <p> </p> <p>on the 8 July my husband went to fetcvh them and they said i had received them and he has to pay my bill of R393.13 of which he did.</p> <p>on the 11 July i followed up on my meds and the lady who refused to give me her name said why am i calling now whn meds were issued.</p> <p>i told her i never refdused my medication and that yet the claimed on my medical aid and made my husband pay so much levy for meds i didnt receive nor sign for.</p> <p>Now they saying i must come to the pharmacy to lay the complaint. reason i cannot fetch them is because i am unable to go and fetch them.</p> <p>on the 12 July i called the pharmacy again and Abby the lady who answered the phone dropped it down</p> <p> </p> <p>what do i have to do to get this rectified?</p>
