Disgusting service from a MKEM receptionist at the clinic, you drag the companies name through the mud

On Tuesday 24th @ 7:35 I walked into MKEM with my husband and 2 year old son. I asked the receptionist Monica " Can I please see the Dr my son has a dangerously high tempreture" she responded with a attitude " The Dr's fee is R600 and we dont take cards here, you will need to go draw money" I said okay I cont go back I will go to self help. After I was helped I proceeded to pay and asked the cashier why I cannot pay by card here if I wish to see the Dr she the responded and said but you can who told you cont.

I was furious when I had heard that Monic selfishly decided that I cannot see the Dr becasue I need cash when this wasnt true I could have paid in front by the cashier. Monic if it was your child would you not be angry??? you have people s****s you are a disgrace and dont deserve to sit behind a desk.

My 2 year old son had a temperature of 39.2 and what do you show us away from medical treatment because it almost time for you to leave. You disgust me MKEM please educate your staff, please send them to a cause where they are taught how to address people in a professional and friendly manner
