Customer service

I have had the worst customers experience with one off the assistant pharmacists at the over the counter medication. I wanted to put my sisters medicine on her medical aid and had to help her as she is autistic. I was made out like I was a ******** wanting to put on someone else's medical aid. I was interrogated and when I couldn't answer I was told how do I not know that answer. My dad was phoned at the end of the day to say yes it's all good. But absolutely the worst customer service ever.
