Bad customer services “Doctors Receptionist”

Visited the M-Kem Bellville 24 hour doctor, the doctor was wonderful and so helpful. However the receptionist is extremely rude, whilst paying the speed-point kept on declining while money was reflecting out of my account, when I asked to try again she rudely instructed me to go look for an ATM and bring cash, making remarks while walking away, and not even considering that I am in pain! I then insisted that she try again because it might be an error on their side as I used the same card to pay for my over the counter meds. “We can try as much as you like you don’t have money on this card” while rolling her eyes was the response, after insisting that I will not walk to an atm she tried again and the card went through!!! I cannot believe the humiliation and bad service I received from that receptions!!!
