Be Wary of M H Maintenance

We contracted M H Maintenance to undertake renovations at our house in mid 2017. These included +- 100 m2 of tiling and construction of concrete pillars. After a very short time the majority of the tiles started lifting, the grouting cracked and water seeped in underneath causing a damp problem. A large concrete header on top of one of the pillars spontaneously fell off - a potentially life-threatening situation and extremely frightening. Despite two accredited, independent opinions from industry experts, they refuse to remedy the defects as recommended by the experts. They also brought unqualified subcontractors to the site that were unknown to them, ***********, and possibly a security risk.
