Great sales talk, very poor delivery and product

Marius is a great salesman, promising you a "stunning" kitchen. But his product quality is VERY poor. He told us he only uses Grass hinges, as it is the best and manufactured in Germany. He showed us the hinges, how it works etc etc. When the installation was done, we noticed that it wasn't Grass hinges that was used, it was Omnia. He buys Omnia hinges at Grass, as they are the distributors, but Omnia is manufactured in China, and of course half the price of Grass. There were errors made in the installation, due to lack of planning, and forgetting what we had discussed, and he was quick to blame it all on us. It's been less than 4 months in our new kitchen, and the duco cupboards are already showing chips and cracks in the paint. He also used the shortest possible drawers, obviously saving a couple of bugs. So even though we had space for drawers to be 10cm longer, it isn't, so you can't even fit a braai tong in there. The kick plates used looks different. When we questioned him about that, his reply was that it is due to age, it changes colour over time. In time it will all look the same. It is actually very clear that it is not the same kick plate that where used, as it is not only the colour that differs, but also the grain of the wood.
