bought an LCD screen, they dont want to take it

I bought an LCD screen from M-Cell in Korsten (Imran Khan, ***),brand new for R800 which is not properly working and someone else fitted it (Bilad from Gadget Candy in Baywest) when I took it to them for repairs everything was working mouth and ear piece and now the ear piece is not working at all. for the last 5 day I was sent from pillar to post between these 2 stores and still my phone is not fixed. these guys are both from India and they know each other. I was sent to buy this LCD from M-Cell by the same person (Bilad from Gadget Candy) and every time I go to them they'll call each other and talk in their mother tongue. please help, I have not been using my head set for over a week now. these two store I would not recommend anyone to use their service.
