Service is very bad

Last year 21 October I went to this company, I needed an upgrade to be done on my Mother and Grandfather’s tombstone. I paid them R10 000. The person ‘s name who was assisting me is Tammy. I was then told the work will be done in 3weeks time and up until now it is still not done. I have been calling them every week ever since to follow up. I even spoke with the Manager ( Janine) she was not helpful at all instead she was unprofessional. On the 24/06/2022 I completed a refund form for a refund and still my money is not refunded. Every time now I try to call then they do not respond to my calls and messages. I was once even told that Tammy was no longer working there and only to find out that was a lie.
