What this company does saddens me. Last year 28/10/2021 I lost my sister they contacted me offering me with headstone and a bed R2000.00 Tammy was the one contacting me I agreed and paid the amount. Due to me being under alot of stress I incorrectly gave her wrong date of birth. Tammy advised that it's not a train smash she will be able to change the incorrect date of birth. While waiting on that to be changed and how she was hands on saying she is getting it fixed I lost my brother. Janine contacted my burial company and saying she is giving them a discount she will over that Tammy takes the sale I paid Another R2000. Months we by nothing about the brother and sisters headstone and bed.
I whatsapp them asking for assistance and to speak to Tammy. They informed me she has been moved to Eastern Cape. I asked who is now overseeing her clients Janine said it her. I then asked her when will be my brother and sister's headstone bed be made she said can I please forward proof I did.
They completely ghosted me. I came across Tammy's post on whatsapp that she is in the Eastern Cape... asked when are you planning to do my family's headstone and bed she said she handed everything to Janine.
The next morning I called Janine she told me Tammy was nolonger working for them... few months later stumbled across Tammy's whatsapp status that their grave side was ****** they will contact everyone once this was sorted.
Tammy said it's not true that she wasn't working anymore. She then told me there are documents I need to sign. She advised that I will need to be in Cpt to sign these documents and I was like no problem I'll come through when I am in Cpt. Till this very day nothing has been done to my sister and brother's grave.
I strongly believe Janine and Tammy are up to something. Becareful guys do not trust this company. So God help me I don't know what I'll do to these 2 the day see them.
RUN!!!! RUN!!!!RUN!!!!! RATHER TRUST ANYWHERE ELSE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AM SURE THEY CAPABLE AT SELLING SOULS THE WAY THEY DONT HAVE HEARTS ITS SCARY.
