M & Y Tombstones and Granite NO SERVICE!!!

Last year in April I contacted this ****mer of a company to replace my grandmother's tombstone and paid the deposit they requested on 1 April 2022. I dealt and have been dealing with the *********** Elenore. After much crying and begging and swearing they went and took out the old tombstone and left the grave with nothing. When I went again they promised to start with the foundation which they did not, i then went with my daughter who made a scene at their premises at Ottery - Gloria Memorial Park and she made them promise and put it in writing that they would finish the tombstone on 22 April 2023 and that the family could go and view it. On arrival at the gravesite there was only a foundation which seems to be in a wrong grave - this company needs to be closed down. if you go to their offices you will see the tombstones they removed from these grave sites lying in a row in front of their office. Is there no company that regulates this business. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR I GAVE THEM!!! DISRESPECTFUL TO THE DEAD!!!
