Frustrating Experience: Unreliable Service from M & Y Tombstones and Granite Works.

My experience with M & Y Tombstones and Granite Works has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying in January 2021 for the erection of my late father's tombstone, it remains unerected to this day. Eleanore, Janine and Amber, the representatives I dealt with, consistently offers excuses but fails to fulfill her promises. The back and forth with this company is exhausting. I strongly advise against choosing M & Y Tombstones and Granite Works for their unreliable and unprofessional service.
