Beware ****mers M&Y Tombstone

This company is a **** please do not even think of doing business with M&Y.I paid deposit for my brother's tombstone on 25 March 2022. I was told it will take 30 days for tombstone be installed. 30 days passed no tombstone 60 days passed no tombstone just excuse after excuse 90 past more lies and excuses. I spoken to Janine,Eleanor,Tammy you name them. I requested refund in June because no work was done ,I completed refund form in June 2022 gave to Eleanor they said it takes 30 days to get my refund till this day 19 months later no refund . When I phone stories after stories no refund nothing 😭 for my hard earned cash
