From the very beginning, both my mother and I specifically asked Morne Olkers from M and E Netting to replace the top planks as part of the job. This was never done, despite it being clearly communicated. As a result, the planks are now coming loose, which could have been avoided if the work had been done properly in the first place. What has made this even more frustrating is the after-service. Since the 8th of March, Morne has repeatedly promised to send people out to fix the issue, but they simply never arrive. It has been one empty promise after another, with no accountability or follow-through. Very disappointing experience and ********** service. I expected professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately received neither.
