Avoid Lyttleton Animal Clinic at all costs it is just about the money

I had an emergency with a stray cat that I am feeding. I phoned them. The receptionist lept me on the line ling enough to waste my time so that I would not be able to make the trip on time. When I said it is about the money she transferred me to the vet who said head tilt and head shaking is not life threatening so bring cat tomorrow. Pls remove we arw compassionate vets because you are not! A compassionate vet would have said bring in immediately and treated the animal. It is Monday after a long weekend so you are not overworked. I was referred to Valley Farm which is 30 min drive at least or longer and their service sucks
