Unreliable and unaccountable
I am still in possession of 4 'solid' oak bathroom vanities, with drawers that cannot close and veneer that is chipped and flaking. Not to mention the fact that it took weeks to get any action out of the owner, and when I eventually lost my cool, a voice note telling me that it was my fault for storing it incorrectly (please note, none of the issues I had, had anything to do with the way it was stored, and the defects were pointed out on delivery) I was then told that I was ungrateful and didn't say Thank You, for a a colour change, despite it being delivered with a completely different colour to the brief I supp****. I have used Lyte in the past, with varied results, but i will never use them again and will discourage anyone else from using them as well. To top it off, all messages with visuals of the defects (AFTER i collected the 'repaired' vanities) have been totally ignored. This ia after being paid in full. Do not use this supplier.
