Lysias Projects bad service

Lysias is unreliable businessman who over charges customers and does not do the job himself . After getting contract Lysias sends other people to do the job. Job never gets completed.and he asks for payment. Lysias is very unreliable, never punctual and does not keep his word. This guy still owes me money. Please don't use him . He is very unreliable and over estimates quotations especially paint. He quoted me 15 litres for painting 2 small bathrooms. Don't pay him until job is complicated. Very bad business practice.
