Beware of company called Lysias projects

Lysias has still not given me back my money after an uncompleted job that he was contracted to do. This guy is unreliable and does not do the job himself. He is very unprofessional. I don't recommend him and one should not pay him until satisfied that the job has been completed. Bad business practice.
