*********** arrogant and terrible service.

I have never in my life came across a company so ***********. They are easy to take your money and phone you a million times to add more money but once you can't they become rude and abrupt treating you like you are below them, you are not as important as their other customers that invests so much more than you as I was told by Peter Lombard. I am now trying to get my money back and need to pay tax on my profits which is fair but they took the tax money and I have not yet heard from them to assist me further so the tax can be deducted and I can get my money back. I have invested almost R12 000 and the tax was R6000.00. Now I know to the guys in the UK this is not a lot of money but to me that is living on a month to month this is a lot of money that i tried to use to make a little bit more. I was told so many lies now like it will only take 30minutes to pay out once tax has been paid and then is was 48 hours and it has been almost 2 weeks now. . . Enough said!!!!!!!! All I want is my money back.
