Ignore your contact request, now sent in a 3rd. time

I`ve today sent another request for these people to contact me for the 3rd. time, as with the previous attempts they simply ignore your contact request, it seems they have no interest in completing requests where they have to do payouts, they clearly would much rather just ignore & hope the person just forgets about his/her withdraw request, my money still shows on their platform, but I don`t have any access to it, irrespective of amount
