complaint re no promised pay back

i cannot connect with them they have ****med me out of nearlyR2 million rands encouraging me to invest with them to preserve my savings because of devaluation of the rand,. as i am 82years old that was my life savings in case of medical expenses. 3 times they said i add been ****med and are going to pay me back my original amount but each time no money came through. l told them to take any income tax needed from the capital but now can't any clarity from them.
