Bad customer service

I called the company and was transfered to sales dept, my call was answered by a rude lady called Nirasha Singh. I explained that I was calling on behalf of a person who has a company and I needed a quotation.<br> She aked me for a company name of which I did not have on hand at that point. I asked to hold while I looked though my emails for the company name but, whilst I was looking for the email she rudely instisted that she would not assist me without a company name or else I would have to go to the shop and get what I wanted... After I provided her with the company SHE JUST HUNG UP! So I called back and was again transfered to sales and she again picked up the call
