Irresponsible management with bad attitude

I slipped due to wet floors and was injured (right leg).There was no signage for wet floors.I reported and up to date no response from management.one of the manager's, Natasja Terblanche who didn't care about what happened,is not a fit candidate to be in charge as she doesn't care about people supporting the mall.In 2/3 years to come,the mall will be dull again due to poor management.will never recommend anyone to do shopping at Lynnridge mall.
