Worst customer service

I got a call from this man at Lynn & Main Attorneys, he is such a rude person and say the severity of my account, I have made payment arrangements 3 years ago and was paying every month for 3 years, well thats what I though until I received a letter of demand and this man contacted me and said I have not paid my account for 3 years... WELL I have only started making payment arrangements with the other company 3 years ago and have been making payments since, this GUY is so rude and the way he speaks to you makes you feel you are a nothing! I asked to speak to another person but he says this is not a customer service but a law firm.... OK fine but why cant you have a little respect when talking to me and listen to my story and then still give me demands and times and what else.... nope I just don't trust this matter and have to phone the other company first and I will take my time as this is utter bull****! Horrible people horrible company!! If you want my money be nice!!
