UNPROFESSIONAL

This is the worse law/collections company ever to deal with. They are quick to call for money, put you under pressure for payment but when you request paid up letters you get the run around. I called today and last week and send 2emails requesting paidup letter and i was advised today they waiting for the accounts department and then the file handler tells me to listen here you are not the only one waiting for paid letters, if you cal this telephone etiquette then i dont know. I pray to God to never cross paths with these UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTIDY people again
