Unprofessional and unfairly

My experience with Lynn and Main Attorneys has been extremely disappointing. I have repeatedly requested a detailed breakdown of my account, including the original balance, interest charges, and proof of communication regarding the matter. Despite multiple emails, I have not received the information I requested.

What concerns me most is that significant interest was added to my account over an extended period, yet I was not aware of any attempts to contact me regarding the growing balance. When I asked for proof of any calls, emails, or other communication, I did not receive a satisfactory response.

I have also experienced issues regarding my settlement letter. The settlement letter provided did not clearly reflect the full amount outstanding on the account, which created further confusion and made it difficult for me to understand exactly what I was being asked to pay. When dealing with financial matters, accuracy and transparency are essential, and I do not feel that sufficient clarity was provided.

I have made every effort to resolve the matter and have been making payments towards the account, but I feel that there has been a lack of transparency, communication, and proper assistance throughout the process. As a client, I expected clear explanations, accurate documentation, and timely responses to my queries.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
