UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR FROM DEBT COLLECTORS

The debt collector who called my daughter while she was driving was extremely. She knows they will call daily until she has sent in all her documents. However, no debt collector has the right to threaten to harass a person who is in debt. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My daughter is also a cancer patient and the stress of the harassment is causing her to be extremely anxious and ill. The debt collector is lucky to have a job and has no right to be arrogant and rude to anyone who finds themselves in less fortunate circumstances.
