Hi there I keep on getting harassed by this company Lynn and Main Attorneys they call me several times I explained to them many many times that this loan through wesbank was not taken by me and was taken by an agent on my behalf of me i explained to the guy today that I spoke to but he seemed to find my situation funny he was laughing and smirking at the back i called them again to speak to his superior but the receptionist asked me whos calling and than I said I need to speak to the superior but than she put me through to the same consultant he than said oh no I'm trying to help you and you can go to the police station and get an affidavit I'm trying to help you.I explained that im not working and I'm unable to pay any debt but than he said to me the fact of the matter remains whether you working or not you are liable for your debt i also said to him that i have sent the affidavit from my previous employer and than he said you need to go and ask them how will they possibly have my documents while I'm not with the company for 7 months now why would they keep anything that belongs to me.He was extremely rude and disrespectful if someone could please assist with getting this company and Wesbank shut down for practising ******** acts and treatening people he even said he will get his external team and their legal team to take me to court and I will be liable for the legal cost and I will be forced to pay my debt.Number one iexplained to him that i did not sign than he said this was done telephonically so I asked him where is the recording of that also how does Wesbank give people loans who are over indebted and than ask us to bear the brunt of there incompetence and also how do they grant loans to people with low credit scores this is inevitable can someone please help asap.
