Sanlam advised they never gave this settlement amount and they did not receive my money I paid on the 27th of September.

I am so shocked as I asked for my Sanlam settlement amount and they gave me an amount that I paid of R30 000.00. Sanlam advised that they never got this money and that this settlement amount was incorrect. I have been sending mails to Zama and Arishta the entire day today and they are not responding to my mails to pay the money to Sanlam. Please can you explain what is happening Please can you pay this money to Sanlam or back to my personal account
