Rude, unprofessional man calls me and speaks to me like a teacher reprimanding a ill behaved school child. If I want to complain the receptionist is just as rude. I will also be taking them to ombudsman to report them. I will never speak to anyone there again because they cant treat people in a professional manner or even respect them after making arrangements.
