RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Hi Your consultants on the phone are absolutely horrible, terrible service I could not get a word in on our conversation I know my rights as a citizen of South Africa and making threats on how you guys do things which is out side the law is honestly disgusting it’s the 2nd time I am hanging up a conversation with your rude consultants make it a point to never call me again send me an email because I will not be sitting in on any phone conversations with your consultants, we are humans and we have things that we go through everyday being nice would really relieve a lot of pressure on someone and make certain arrangements possible but not with this company I would not recommend you to anyone and I dnt know how companies choose this your firm to handle things
